1. All orders will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis and are subject to stock availability. 2. The order cannot be cancelled or changed after successful payment. 3. Receipts will only be issued for additional donations enclosed. 5. The gift may be bumped or squeezed during delivery, in which the plane model packing box may be deformed or damaged, in this case no replacement can be arranged. To ensure that your items remain in good condition, we recommend picking them up in person from Orbis office. 6. If you are not satisfied with your gift, please contact Orbis within 7 days upon receipt and return it in its original packaging for replacement. 7. If the gift is not collected within 3 months from the order date and we are unable to contact you for follow-up, the gift will be considered forfeited. 8. Photos are for reference only.
