A. Free-of-charge – Pick up from Orbis office:
Present the order confirmation email or merchant reference number with donor / contact person’s original or copy of HK identity card to collect your gifts from Orbis office within our office hours.
Orbis address: Unit A, 3/F Infotech Centre, 21 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon. Please contact 2595 0263 to check the product availability before collecting your gifts. Kindly bring your own bag to support going green.
Office hours: Mon-Fri 9am-1pm & 2pm-5pm (closed on Sat, Sun & public holiday)
B. Delivery charge HK$40 – Pick up at Hong Kong EF Locker:
- EF Locker locations click here (Available for EF Lockers in Hong Kong only, please select the location when placing order)
- Orbis will deliver the gifts within 7 working days after receiving the order. Please note that the delivery may be delayed during public holidays or inclement weather (e.g. typhoon, black rainstorm signal, etc).
- SF Express will send you a pick up notification via SMS when the gifts arrived designated EF Locker. Please collect it within 30 hours.
- If the order is unclaimed within 30 hours, SF Express may place it in the EF Locker again (if available) and resend you a new redemption SMS. If the gifts are unclaimed for the second time and are finally returned to Orbis, recipients have to collect the gifts from Orbis office and bear the additional service charge incurred.
- If you have not received the redemption SMS from SF Express in 14 days or more, please contact Orbis to follow up.
- The redemption SMS will be sent to the mobile phone number provided on the order. Orbis will not be liable for any loss caused by input errors.
- Combination of orders will not be accepted after the order is processed.
- Upon confirmation, the order cannot be cancelled or changed (including collection method and EF Locker location)

Remarks on EF Locker:
Due to the limited number of lockers, S.F. Express may automatically deliver the gift to a nearby location if the preferred location is full. If the recipient still wishes to return the gift to the preferred location, he/she can contact Orbis staff for the arrangement. In this case, the recipient may wait longer.

Other remarks:
- The gift may be bumped or squeezed during delivery, in which the plane model packing box may be deformed or damaged, in this case no replacement can be arranged. To ensure that your items remain in good condition, we recommend picking them up in person from Orbis office.
- If you are not satisfied with your gift, please contact Orbis within 7 days upon receipt and return it in its original packaging for replacement.
- If the gift is not collected within 3 months from the order date and we are unable to contact you for follow-up, the gift will be considered forfeited.
